Peanut Butter Pitaya Smoothie Bowl has the flavors of a peanut butter & jam sandwich. It is whimsical, vegan, gluten-free, low-fat and low-sugar and so fun to eat.
What Is A Pitaya?
Pitaya is a super fruit also known as dragon fruit or strawberry pear. It grows in tropical regions of South America and South-East Asia. Dragon Fruit (or Pitaya) may look exotic, but its taste has been described as a sweet cross between a kiwi and a pear. Pink Pitaya is known to be high in fibre, vitamin C, rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids. It may improve the balance of good bacteria in your gut and enhance the appearance and health of your hair, skin & nails. You can purchase Pink Pitaya Power here
