You’re probably wondering what the surprise in this smoothie is… well, it’s white beans! White beans bring a punch of protein, keep you feeling full for longer and create a creamy texture. Don’t worry, your smoothie won’t taste like beans. Naturally sweeten your smoothie with dates and picky eaters will never know the difference. Plus, your sugar level won’t spike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup of white beans
  • ½ cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 whole dates (pitted)
  • 2 cups of plant-based milk

Instructions

Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
