How To Make A Lemon Vinaigrette

This lemon vinaigrette is one of my favourite dressing recipes! It’s light, fresh and goes with nearly every salad because of how simple it is. Lemons are rich in Vitamin C and promote hydration, skin quality and aids in digestion.

Tip: When using lemon in recipes that don’t require the zest, zest it anyways and store it in the freezer for another recipe.
