Ginger Syrup

I’m going to show you how to create your own ginger syrup. Many ginger syrups rely on ginger alone but this one is extra delicious with the added flavours like chamomile and lavender. Creating your own syrup is easier than you may think! This recipe includes a few simple ingredients that you’ll be able to customize for your own palette.

What Type Of Tea To Use

This recipe calls for lavender and camomile tea bags . If you prefer you can use loose leaf lavender and camomile with a steeping accessory instead.

Health Benefits

Ginger and lavender have many health benefits such as treating inflammation, nausea and upset stomachs. In some cases, lavender teas can aid headaches and pain sensitivities in the body as well as giving you a better night’s sleep. This is one syrup mix that you can feel good about.
