Why Is Tofu Healthy?

Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1. Who would have thought tofu and chocolate would taste so incredible together and be good for your body?

This is one of my go to desserts when I have last minute dinner guests or I want something indulgent. I always keep vegan pie crusts in my freezer for emergencies or when I’m tired from a long day and don’t feel like making dough. This pie comes together so quickly and has only 4 ingredients I always keep in the house.
