How To Make Vegan Chipotle Aioli

If you are looking for an extra kick to your recipes, then you will want to know How To Make Vegan Chipotle Aioli. This sauce is a flavour explosion!

Chipotle sauce may seem like a daunting task but, it only takes 5 minutes to make. It is best used in sandwiches, wraps or on a pizza. My favourite way to use a chipotle sauce is as a dip for fries, nuggets and more.

Ingredients Needed For Vegan Chipotle Aioli

To create your chipotle sauce, you’ll need cashews, plant milk, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt to taste and to achieve the spicy heat, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce.

How To Make This Sauce

Just like in other recipes, you’ll need to soak your cashews for 3 hours or overnight. If you have a high quality, high-speed blender, then you won’t need to soak them, but trust me, it provides a better texture when they’re absorbed. For more information, please read my post on How To Cook With Cashews.

Once you’ve soaked your cashews, drain them and add them to the blender with all of your ingredients. Blend on high until you achieve your desired consistency and you are ready to serve up your Chipotle Sauce.
