Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ non-dairy unsweetened milk

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook over medium high heat until the mixture is hot but does not boil.
  2. If you have a milk frother use it but it’s not required.
  3.  Alternatively place all ingredients into a Vitamix and blend on high for 5-7 mins or until steam comes out of the lid when opened.  It latte will be light and frothy! This is what I did.
  4. Taste the latte and adjust seasoning if needed.
