Spicy Mango Salsa

I’m taking your tastebuds for a spin with my Spicy Mango Salsa! This salsa only has 5-ingredients and is simple to make. In keeping with our theme started with my Mango Lime Kombucha Margarita, this salsa’s main ingredient is mango.

This recipe uses sweet and juicy mangos, tart limes and spicy jalapenos. Don’t let the spice scare you, this fruit salsa is delicious! If spice isn’t your thing, you can always omit it from the ingredient list or add as much as your pallet will allow. Mango salsas originated in Central & South America in pre-Columbia times. Think Aztec, Incan and Mayan cuisines or just think, delicious! We make a lot of South American dishes in our home. They are a home run every time, especially when we have guests over.

Try this salsa atop of my Southwest Jackfruit Quinoa Bowl or serve it alongside Roast Garlic, Roast Chickpeas and my Skinny Green Pea Guacamole!
