This Vegan Spinach Dip is just like the classic recipe you remember. Quick and easy to whip up using simple ingredients. Serve warm or cold in an edible bread bowl; this will be the hit at your next party.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spinach, chopped*
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup vegan sour cream
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
To Serve:
- 1 round loaf of sourdough bread (plus more bread for dipping)
Instructions
- Add dip ingredients to a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate until needed.
- Carefully insert a knife into the top of one sourdough loaf 1″ from the side and as deep as you want your “bowl” to be. Cut around the loaf to remove the top of the loaf. Use your knife to cut away more bread as needed for your bowl.
- Add dip into the bread bowl.
- Cut all remaining bread into bite-sized cubes to serve with the dip.
- Cover and refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days
Notes
*Can sub frozen spinach for fresh. Thaw before using
