This Chocolatey Avocado Pudding is So Quick & Easy To Make

Only five ingredients are needed to create 2 cups of chocolate pudding. With the addition of avocado, this recipe becomes nutrient-dense, with healthy fats and it’s the ingredient that creates the creamy texture you find in the pudding. This recipe requires no cooking at all and is ready to eat once you’ve mixed it. I do prefer to chill mine in the fridge but I fully understand if you just can’t wait!

This recipe will keep in the fridge for up to five days but I doubt you’ll make it that long before it’s scooped up!

Ingredient Needed For This Pudding

If you’re like me, you will already have the ingredients needed to create your Chocolately Avocado Pudding. You’ll need avocados, cacao powder, a sweetener like maple syrup, vanilla extract and your choice of plant-based milk. Cacao is a very versatile ingredient. I keep it stocked at home for making any type of chocolate dessert or drink. Not be confused with cocoa, you can learn the difference between cacao and cocoa here.

Kids Love This Pudding!

I love giving Carrington this Chocolatey Avocado Pudding because it satisfies her sweet craving with whole foods and healthy fats. She just started PK3 and I get to pack snacks to take to school. This pudding is a great option because its not overly sweet and doesn’t give her an energy spike that makes her crash in the mid afternoon.
