1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp dill
¼ tsp salt
Carefully cut each avocado into 8 wedges.
Using a shallow dish combine Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill and salt.
Press avocado slice into the mixture, coat each slice on both sides. Place on a baking tray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve hot.
