I’m sharing How To Make Coconut Yoghurt and it’s going to forever change the way you look at yoghurt in the grocery stores.

Ingredients

Scale
  • One can of full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 probiotic capsules (30-50 billion active cells)

Equipment:

  • One glass jar
  • Wooden, plastic or ceramic spoon (not metal)
  • Cheesecloth or paper towel
  • Rubber band

Instructions

  1. Open the full-fat coconut milk and pour into a glass jar and stir.
  2. Twist apart three probiotic capsules and stir the powder into the coconut milk with a wooden, plastic or ceramic spoon. Metal spoons can kill the live culture.
  3. Cover the jar with cheesecloth or a piece of paper towel and secure it with an elastic band.  Set the jar on the counter.
  4. After two days, move the jar to the fridge and let it get cold.  It will thicken in the fridge.

Note:  If your yogurt doesn’t thicken after 2 days, the probiotics you are using are inactive. If they don’t work in the yogurt they’re not working in your tummy either.
