Create a whimsical snack that you and your littles can’t resist – a vegan unicorn yoghurt! This healthy snack includes layers of strawberry, blueberry and blue spirulina vegan green yoghurt.
Strawberry Vegan Greek Yogurt
1 ½ cup of firm tofu
½ cup of strawberries, chopped
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of non-sweetened plant milk
2 tbsp of maple syrup
Blueberry Vegan Greek Yogurt
1 ½ cup of firm tofu
½ cup of blueberries
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of non-sweetened plant milk
2 tbsp of maple syrup
Blue Spirulina Vegan Greek Yogurt
1 ½ cup of firm tofu
½ tsp of blue spirulina powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of non-sweetened plant milk
2 tbsp of maple syrup
For each of the flavours:
Add all the listed ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Enjoy right away or store in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
To make the Unicorn Vegan Greek Yogurt:
Fill a glass jar with 1/3 strawberry yogurt, 1/3 blueberry yogurt, 1/3 blue spiralina. Top with star sprinkles (optional).
