Ingredients

  • Handful of frozen salad greens
  • 1/2 an apple
  • 1 avocado fresh or frozen
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup of frozen mango chucks
  • 2 tbsp of hemp hearts
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 cups of coconut water (more if needed)
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender. 
  2. Blend on medium-high until a smooth consistency is achieved. If smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water.
  3. Pour into a glass, cup or bowl.
