Peaches and Cream Teff is a porridge with the superpower of the ancient grain called, teff.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup teff grains – I use Bob’s Red Mill. 
  • 1 cup of water

  • ½ cup creamy nut, oat or coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar or 3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced

  • Creamy nut, oat or coconut milk to top

Instructions

  1. Bring to a gentle boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until teff is softened and thickened to a porridge consistency.  

  2. Serve into bowls. Top with sliced peaches and more cream.
