Peaches and Cream Teff is a porridge with the superpower of the ancient grain called, teff.
1 cup of water
½ cup creamy nut, oat or coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut sugar or 3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
½ tsp cinnamon
1 ripe peach, sliced
Creamy nut, oat or coconut milk to top
Bring to a gentle boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until teff is softened and thickened to a porridge consistency.
Serve into bowls. Top with sliced peaches and more cream.
