These Fresh Fruit Fingers with a Zingy Vanilla Lime Yogurt Dip is a fun and interactive way for kids to eat their fruit. Use your fingers to build a cube like I did or take on another fun shape or structure. Let your child use their imagination and play with their food.

Ingredients

For the cube:

  • 1 large slab watermelon

  • 1 large slab honeydew

  • 1 large slab cantaloupe

For the dip:

  • ½ cup vanilla soy yogurt

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Alternate fruit sticks and build your cube. Serve with yogurt dip.

  2. Make the dip by whisking together yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice and zest.
