These Fresh Fruit Fingers with a Zingy Vanilla Lime Yogurt Dip is a fun and interactive way for kids to eat their fruit. Use your fingers to build a cube like I did or take on another fun shape or structure. Let your child use their imagination and play with their food.
For the cube:
1 large slab watermelon
1 large slab honeydew
1 large slab cantaloupe
For the dip:
½ cup vanilla soy yogurt
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp lime juice
½ tsp lime zest
Alternate fruit sticks and build your cube. Serve with yogurt dip.
Make the dip by whisking together yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice and zest.
