A tangy twist on classic hummus dip. Full of dill pickle flavor and takes only 15 minutes to make.

- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickle brine (from the jar of pickles
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- Chopped pickles, dill and parsley for garnish
- Vegetables , crackers or pita chips for serving
- Peel the skin off the chickpeas. This will make a smoother hummus.
- Place peel chickpeas, tahini, dill pickles, garlic cloves and pickle brine into a food proccesor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- If your hummus is too thick add a 1tbsp of hot water until you reach desired consistency.
- Taste. Add salt if desired. Garnish with chopped pickles, fresh dill and parsley
