Bring the coffee shop home and invigorate your senses with a vegan Dalgona Whipped Matcha Latte.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup aquafabo
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Pour aquafaba into a mixing bowl. Using a hand held or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment on high, whisk for 5-7 minutes or until white frothy peaks form.
  2. Sprinkle in matcha powder and cream of tartar and blend for another 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar 1 tbsp at a time until fully incorporated. 
  4. Place Dalgona Whipped Matcha on top of hot or cold non-dairy milk.
