Pour aquafaba into a mixing bowl. Using a hand held or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment on high, whisk for 5-7 minutes or until white frothy peaks form.
Sprinkle in matcha powder and cream of tartar and blend for another 2 minutes.
Gradually add powdered sugar 1 tbsp at a time until fully incorporated.
Place Dalgona Whipped Matcha on top of hot or cold non-dairy milk.
