2 frozen ripe bananas chopped into chunks
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup oat milk (plus more if needed)
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 dates, pitted
1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: Dragon fruit, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, hemp hearts, sliced almonds and edible flowers
When ready to eat add remaining ingredients and blend on high and until thoroughly combined adding more plant milk if needed.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the topping of choice.
