This breakfast bowl isn’t just pretty to look at it or just fun to taste, my recipe for a Camu Camu Chia Pudding is also incredibly healthy for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plant milk

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 tsp camu camu powder (purchase here on Amazon)

  • 2-4 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

TOPPINGS:

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or another nut butter

  • 3 blackberries, halved

  • 3 raspberries, halved

  • 4 strawberry hearts

  • 1 tbsp almond slices

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

  2. Place pudding in bowls and top with toppings
