  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts to a glass mason jar, container or bowl.
  2. Mix very well until no lumps remain and all the ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Gently stir in vegan mini chocolate chips (if using).
  4. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Remove cover, top with chopped walnuts.
