Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of acai powder

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup of salad greens

  • 1/3 cup of frozen avocado

  • 2 soft Medjool dates, pitted 

  • ½ -1 cup of coconut water or plant milk

Toppings: hemp heart, blueberries, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients together.  Add more liquid if needed. Top with desired toppings.
