  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup of whole-grain oats
  • 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Ensure rack is in the top middle position.
  2. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth
  4. Add oats and peanut butter and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Pour into pan
  6. Place in oven. Bake for 25-28 mins or until golden brown on top.
