1 cup of canned jackfruit chunks (drained and rinsed)
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of garlic powder
½ tsp of paprika
4 tbsp of water
½ cup of corn kernels
½ cup of black beans
½ cup of spinach leaves
¼ cup of pickled jalapenos
¼ cup of black olives
1/3 cup of diced sweet bell pepper
½ cup of spicy tomato salsa
Salt and pepper (season to taste)
Lime wedges and cilantro to garnish
