This chocolatey avocado pudding is rich, luscious and silky smooth without using traditional pudding ingredients. In fact, you can’t even taste the avocado because this recipe is a chocolate explosion!
3 large avocados or 4 small ones
½ cup of high-quality cacao powder
1/3 cup of agave or maple syrup
3 tbsp of plant milk
½ tsp of vanilla extract
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until mixture is very creamy, scaping down the sides as needed.
Pudding will keep in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
