A beetroot latte is a delicious alternative to coffee or tea.
1 heaping tbsp of beetroot powder
2 cups of plant milk
2-3 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla
Optional: Sprinkles or edible flower to garnish
Combine the plant milk, beet powder, maple syrup and vanilla in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until hot (about 5 minutes). Alternatively, whisk the ingredients in a small pot over medium heat until hot. Froth with a milk frother. Garnish with sprinkles or edible flowers.
